How to delete your account and data

You can delete your Devomsa account and the personal data associated with it at any time, in either of these ways:

In the app

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account and your personal data from our systems.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email grievance@devomsa.com from your registered email address, requesting deletion of your account. We will verify and process your request.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, profile photo)
• Your saved / favourite temples
• Your app preferences and settings
• Contributed content that has not yet been published

What may be retained

• Content you contributed that has already been published may remain as part of the app's temple or community information; you may separately request its removal.
• Limited records that we are required to keep under applicable law (for example, for legal, security, or accounting purposes).

Timeline

We process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time, in accordance with applicable law.
